With the arrival of the Genshin Impact Inazuma update, players now have access to three of the six islands of the Inazuma archipelago. With the new location, we have new local specialities, puzzles, mysteries, and other similar kinds of things that players come across while exploring the picturesque islands of Inazuma. In this step-by-step guide, we will show you exactly how to solve the "Touch the Sword Hilt" puzzle in Genshin Impact.
Genshin Impact Touch the Sword Hilt puzzle: How to solve
"Touch the Sword Hilt" is an open-world puzzle that players encounter on Inazuma's third island, Musoujin Gorge. Around the island, you will find swords on the ground that continuously emit lightning.
If you get close, you will get a prompt that says “Touch the Sword Hilt”. However, when you do that, you are hit by lightning. And an electro-charged status which almost drains half of your health.
To solve the "Touch the Sword Hilt" puzzle, players must have an Electrogranum when they touch the sword hilt. Whenever you come across a sword hilt puzzle, you will find an Electrogranum summon nearby. Look for it and summon an Electrogranum.
Once you have the Electrogranum, go and touch the sword hilt. Doing that will summon a Samurai enemy. Defeat him to get a common chest as a reward.
While the rewards for solving these open-world puzzles are not that great. It sure adds an extra touch to the world design and exploration aspect of the Inazuma region.
